Is this an official court notice?
This service is provided as a courtesy and does not serve as an official court notice. There are many reasons you may not receive an eReminder (examples: email provider issues; cell phone service is spotty, etc). If you do not receive an eReminder, you are still responsible for attending your court hearing. If you are unsure, check your court documents or look up your case on eCourt Kokua.

When will I get reminders?
You will receive up to three reminders: seven days before, one day before, and at 6 a.m. on the date of the hearing. If a case is rescheduled, you will receive a reminder for the new hearing date. An alert stays as long as the case remains in the system. Alerts do not get automatically turned off just because the case is closed. The user must go to their profile and turn off the alerts for the case if they no longer want to receive them.

Which cases can I sign up for?
See https://www.courts.state.hi.us/list-of-ereminder-case-types for the current list of case types currently available for eReminders.
