Hours of operation

• Rural Courts and Traffic Violations Bureau and Fiscal payment counter service hours are:  8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except State holidays. Please note that some service requests might take longer to complete, so we recommend you visit us earlier in the day. For example, processing bail refunds, bench warrant recalls, motion to set aside default judgments, and posting of bail/bonds can take additional time.
• District Court Filing and Services, and bail posting will be accepted at the Legal Documents Branch at the Honolulu District Court third floor:  8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, except State holidays.
• Circuit Court Filing Window and File Room: 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday except State holidays.
