Printing and Downloading Forms
Print Settings
To print forms, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free software you can download from the Adobe website. For the forms to print properly, use the following settings:
- 8-1/2″ x 11″ pages.
- High resolution.
- Portrait images.
Print from the Adobe Reader menu, not your Web browser menu.
Saving the Form on Your Hard Drive
Instead of printing directly from our website, you may wish to save a copy of the form on your computer, then print it. To save the form on your hard drive, please do the following:
- Right-click (Windows) or hold down the mouse button (Mac OS) on the link to the court form file.
- Choose “Save Link As” from the pop-up menu.
- In the “Save Link As” dialog box, specify a name and location for the file, then choose “Source” as the format. Your Web browser notifies you when the download is complete.
- To view the file, quit out of the Web browser application. Open Acrobat Reader. Select “File,” then “Open” and choose the PDF file that you downloaded. To open a form made in another application like MS Word or Word Perfect follow steps 1-4 and Open the form in the respective application.
