East Hawai`i Children’s Justice Center
First opened in 1990, the Center is in a beautiful old Hilo home. The Center serves 13 percent of the abused children in the state. While families who come to the Center are often upset and in crisis, Children’s Justice Center staff members find great reward in helping them.
